Biography
Adam is a founding partner of the firm. He represents financial institutions, banks, loan servicers, and lenders in complex litigation and regulatory compliance matters, in both state and federal court. He first-chairs trials and regularly handles matters through appeal. Adam argued and won an issue of appellate first impression, changing the foreclosure landscape in Florida. Adam also partners with in-house counsel and lines of business to design and implement litigation management and corporate witness training programs. Previously, he worked as assistant general counsel to Florida’s Department of Environmental Protection, as an environmental and litigation associate at an AMLaw 20 law firm, and as a financial service litigation partner at an AMLaw 100 firm. Adam was born and raised in Stuart, Florida, and lives there now with his wife and children.
Adam was appointed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to serve as a Commissioner on Florida’s Judicial Nominating Commission for the 19th Judicial Circuit. Adam previously served as Chair of the Commission.

Eric also partners with in-house counsel and lines of business to develop litigation management and corporate witness training programs.
Previously, he worked as a federal judicial law clerk in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and then as a partner at an AMLaw 100 firm. He has also worked as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law.

Eric is a founding partner of the firm. Board certified in appellate practice by the Florida Bar, Eric has successfully represented financial institutions, banks, loan servicers, and lenders in hundreds of appeals in Florida and New York. An experienced trial attorney, Eric also represents financial institutions in state and federal court trial courts on judicial foreclosure matters, deposition defense, as well as defending consumer protection actions. Previously, Eric worked as a litigation and consumer finance associate and partner at AMLaw 100 law firms.

Biography
Justin is a founding partner of the firm. He represents financial institutions, banks, loan servicers, and lenders in complex litigation and regulatory compliance matters in state and federal court. He is a first-chair trial lawyer.
Justin focuses on recovery litigation, specifically including title claims. He has considerable experience in the investigation and prosecution of origination fraud. He works closely with federal and state regulators and law enforcement to address his clients’ complex business issues. Additionally, Justin defends servicers, lenders, and originators against quiet title actions and other debt elimination schemes.
Justin also partners with in-house counsel and lines of business to develop litigation management and corporate witness training programs.
Previously, he worked as a partner at an AMLaw 100 firm.

Biography
Natalie is a founding partner of the firm’s Nevada office. She focuses her practice on civil litigation, bankruptcy, consumer finance law, and regulatory compliance. Natalie has successfully represented institutional clients at all stages of litigation, including disputes related to consumer protection, real property, contracts, and banking and finance. She regularly provides guidance to financial services clients on executing federal and state legal requirements, sector benchmarks, and optimal business practices. Natalie has tried more than 25 bench and jury trials in both state and federal courts. She has appeared and argued multiple times before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal and Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. Prior to joining Atlas Solomon, Natalie worked as a financial services litigation partner at an AMLaw 100 firm.

Biography
Melanie is a founding partner of the firm’s Nevada office. She is a first-chair trial lawyer with two decades of courtroom experience. Melanie represents financial institutions, banks, loan servicers and lenders in Nevada and Texas federal and state courts. Her practice includes recovery litigation, such as foreclosure process challenges, lien priority disputes and title claims. Melanie also has significant experience defending plaintiff borrower claims concerning default servicing, including loss mitigation, property preservation, and bankruptcy. She defends and advises clients in connection with federal and state consumer laws, including claims involving the Real Estate Settlement Practices Act (RESPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Housing Act (FHA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), their state law equivalents, as well as numerous common law business torts. Melanie’s expansive litigation experience includes over 400 federal actions, 70 Ninth Circuit appeals, 200 Nevada Supreme Court appeals, and countless state court actions.
Previously, Melanie worked as a partner at an AMLaw 100 firm.
